Initial exploratory meeting, during which you can ask me questions to assess fit, and I do the same.
If there is a fit, I will prepare a detailed written proposal for you. If the terms are amenable to you, then you can sign, and we can get started.

This is also when you will send your detailed financial information to me. Don’t worry if you don’t know where everything is before we start. Getting financially organized is an important part of this phase.
